Senior R&D Scientist

Role Description:

  • Conduct research, analysis, and experimentation for supporting automated instrument and process development with application for immunoassay and other diagnostic chemistry's.
  • Understanding clinical chemistry tests; participating in company-wide R&D meetings and conferences in new product and technology development; conducting research analysis as part of an instrument development team.
  • Design experiments for product and process troubleshooting and improvements. Lead problem solving discussions with cross- function teams; develop protocols for testing product and process efficiency according to regulatory compliance; and effectively design and carry out experiments. Lead and drive projects from beginning to end.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Master of Science degree with 10 years of physical or analytical chemistry or biophysics or diagnostics required.
  • Superior management and supervisory experience for guiding scientists and associate scientists in the development group in the chemistry department.
